Project Server 2010 Auto-Publishing Utility
Project Server 2010 relies on the publishing process for its core data flows and to ensure accurate reporting. When published, Project Server passes your most recent schedule changes into the Published and Reporting databases. Data from the Published database feed PWA views including interfaces such as My Tasks and My Timesheet. Data from the Reporting database is used to feed Data Analysis views.
As a result, failure to publish project plans on a routine basis will lead to inaccurate data populating your Project Server 2010 environment.
ProSymmetry’s Auto-Publishing Utility solves this problem. Run as a scheduled process or on-demand, our Auto-Publishing utility will help ensure that the most recent and most accurate data is passed to the Published and Reporting databases. Our Auto-Publish utility also passes on projects which are “checked-out.” We recognize that projects which are checked-out are likely being edited by their project owner. Lastly, the Auto-Publish utility allows system administrator to specify projects to be excluded from the auto-publishing process.

Project Server 2007 My Timesheet-To-My Tasks Synchronization Utility
Collecting status from team members is a challenge regardless of the method. Whether you intend to capture status over the phone, via e-mail, or from a software interface, getting users to accurately submit status is difficult. Project Server 2007 has made this situation slightly more challenging by removing a number of key elements included in the Project Server 2003 timesheet.
Organizations that have deployed Project Server 2007 are facing a dilemma, which revolves around the most suitable method for collecting status. To help remedy this challenge, ProSymmetry has developed a My Timesheet to My Tasks synchronization utility.
The value of our solution is that it allows organizations to deploy the My Timesheet and removes the requirement that users manually synchronize their My Timesheet data to their My Tasks and then manually submit their status. Project Server 2007 RBS Rebuilder
Project Server 2007's Resource Breakdown Structure ("RBS") is used in conjunction with Project Server 2007's security model to filter access to projects and resources. Based on where a user sits in the RBS structure, he or she is automatically granted access to projects and/or resources based on RBS/security integration rules defined by administrators.
The most critical challenge faced by organizations that implement Project Server 2007's RBS feature is the constant changes made to the RBS in light of on-going changes to the Organizational Breakdown Structure ("OBS"). Maintaining an accurate RBS and then setting the appropriate RBS value to existing users is time consuming and can be fraught with errors.
ProSymmetry has developed an RBS Rebuilder application to automate this process. Our application rebuilds the RBS in flat and hierarchical structures based on external data. Our application then updates each user in the Enterprise Resource Pool with the appropriate RBS value.

Project Server 2007 relies heavily on Enterprise Custom Fields to map organization-specific attributes to projects, resources and tasks. The values for these fields may be stored in databases, Excel files or even off-line Microsoft Project plans.

Sharepoint Document Replicator Utility
