How do you deal different levels of details in order to make strategic resource decisions? The goal of this session is to collaborate create discussion around the difference between Resource Scheduling and Resource planning and techniques for dealing with different levels of demand input. Often, the goals of resource planning and forecasting are very different from Project Delivery, yet the data is often shared across these functions.
